History:

Global Power Solutions Corp (TSXV:PWER, FSE:MJA), formerly Minaean SP Construction Corp, is a Vancouver‑based, publicly traded company with a long operating history in modular and prefabricated building systems. The company pioneered proprietary light gauge steel and Quik‑Build technologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and speed across diverse construction projects. By applying standardized design, off‑site fabrication, and modular methods, it successfully reduced timelines and improved cost control while delivering strong, affordable, and ecologically sustainable structures.

Over its history, the company has completed more than 500 modular buildings and executed 20+ projects using its proprietary Light Gauge Steel (Cold Formed Steel) system. In 2015, Minaean entered a strategic partnership with Shapoorji Pallonji International, a subsidiary of one of India’s largest construction and real estate conglomerates, which took a controlling stake in the company. This partnership reinforced its global reach and positioned the firm as a leader in modular construction solutions for both conventional applications and mass housing needs in developing markets.

Haneef Esmail

Over the past 35 years, Haneef has been involved in the capital markets and the management of primarily hospitality industry assets. He is a passionate fan of many sports but enjoys playing golf and pickleball to exhaustion. His newest venture is with IPOP (Inclusive Place of Pickleball), building and operating indoor and outdoor Pickleball facilities in British Columbia. Haneef has been a long-time investor in MSP and recently took a controlling interest in the company to build shareholder value with a strategic focus on advancing current projects and bringing other opportunities forward to MSP.

Pete Medved

President, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Medved brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology sales, strategic account leadership and large-scale digital infrastructure projects across both the public and private sectors. He has led enterprise sales initiatives supporting complex IT (information technology) environments and long-cycle procurement processes involving global corporations and government organizations. 


Throughout his career, Mr. Medved has supported enterprise technology initiatives for organizations including Amazon, Microsoft, AT&T, Nvidia, Chevron, Suncor, Textron Systems, TransAlta, and Drax Group, delivering solutions across cloud platforms, enterprise software, analytics and advanced computing infrastructure. Mr. Medved has also worked with government and municipal organizations including the government of Alberta, the City of Vancouver and the City of Delta, supporting technology modernization and operational resilience initiatives.

Peeyush Varshney

Director

Peeyush has been actively involved in the capital markets since 1996 and is a principal of Varshney Capital Corp. (“VCC”), a private merchant banking, venture capital and corporate advisory firm. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance) in 1989 and a Bachelor of Law in 1993, both from the University of British Columbia. Peeyush has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since September, 1994. Mr. Varshney serves as a director or officer of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. In addition, he extends his commitment to social responsibility as a director of the Varshney Family Foundation.

With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship and business development, Jarryd Pinto is a seasoned real estate investment expert known for identifying high-yield opportunities in global markets. His investment footprint spans both Vancouver, Canada, and Dubai, UAE—two of the world’s most dynamic real estate hubs. Jarryd’s extensive background covers both commercial and residential sectors, where he has consistently delivered results through data-driven insights, creative strategies, and a strong understanding of market cycles. As CEO of Solara Properties, a Dubai-based real estate firm, he leads the company’s vision to connect international investors with premium opportunities in the UAE and beyond.

Mr. Pinto is an entrepreneur and an owner-operator of a shipping company operating out of India and the Middle East. Mr. Pinto has 30 years of experience as the President & CEO of different companies in India, Dubai & Vancouver. He is the founder and promoter of Minaean International Corporation.
Mr. Pinto received his Masters at LBS Nautical College. He is also the recipient of numerous awards including the Youngest Master of Indian Merchant Navy, and Businessman of the Year in Vancouver for Business in India.

Kishore Gupta

Vice-President, Peru Operations

Kishore Gupta is a seasoned entrepreneur with vast experience in doing business in Latin America. His 40 years of industrial and corporate experience run a gamut of functions that range from manufacturing and planning to corporate development and general management, restructuring, and organizing companies as well as managing partnerships and strategic alliances in an international arena.
Gupta is President of the Peru-India Chamber of Commerce from 2005-2015.
Gupta holds a B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, India and is also a graduated certified merchant navy engineer.
