Vancouver, BC.
By resolution passed via ballot, the four nominees referenced below were appointed as Directors of the Company to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company, or until their successors are elected or appointed. The results of the ballot were as follows:
Shareholders also voted to approve the re-appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as auditors of the
Company and the Company’s rolling Stock Option Plan.
Minaean also announces the appointment of Mervyn Pinto as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President and Corporate Secretary and Haneef Esmail as the Chairman of the board.
